US forces sanctions on North Koreans, Russian after rocket tests
WASHINGTON: The United States on Wednesday forced authorizations on six North Koreans, one Russian and a Russian firm it said were liable for acquiring merchandise from Russia and China for North Korea's weapons programs, an activity that follows a progression of North Korean rocket dispatches, including two since a week ago.
The US Treasury Department said the means intended to forestall the headway of North Korea's weapons programs and hinder its endeavors to multiply weapons advances.
